Capilano Glass and Screens Ltd.

My condo windows that weren't well designed for screens. It required a custom solution. Capilano Glass came out, measured everything and created a work around that is perfect. I found the service to be helpful and very clear in terms of what to expect and charges. The installer, Darren was great. He made sure that I was happy with all the details and explained how a solution could work and discussed the options with me. He was very respectful of my home and space. I recently had a patio screen door installed. I found everyone I dealt with at Capilano Glass to be courteous and professional. They responded to my email very quickly. The installer took his time to ensure that the screen door was properly installed and made sure that I was happy with everything before he left. The service provided by Capilano Glass was excellent.

I had a door replaced yesterday. The service techs were above and beyond pleasant, professional and more than competent. I have used this company in the past and would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone - they do great custom work as well as repair and replacement from other companies work. Unlike some other trades people I have had in (from the property management company) these guys made certain there work areas were left cleaner than they found them.!!!

Very impressed with Capilano glass.. started with professional call with their sales rep, continued with an installer coming out to measure for my patio scree door, and concluded within a week or so with the installer coming to my condo to install and adjust the screen door. Ultra professional and very very good quality product. I had looked at cheaper/flimsy do it yourself patio doors and home depot an Rona... but no comparison the Cap Glass product was many many time superior. Overall a great experience from start to finish.
